Caring Hands Incorportated requires that all skilled nursing services be provided by a licensed LPN or RN and only supervised by a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) who have met all supervisee requirements set forth in the agency's policies. The nurse participates in the development and implementation of the service plan and regularly assesses the client's needs. We provide both skilled nursing per visits for our clients who don't require 24hr nursing supervsion and skilled shift nursing for our more dependent clients needing around the clock nursing supervision and care. All of our skilled services are provided under physician discretion and most require orders from the attending physician. If you are a client needing services or an LPN or RN looking to provide services with our company please contact our office and we will be happy to assist you.
