At Caring Hands, Inc we also provide services under a variety of medicaid waiver programs.

• Independent Care Waiver Program (ICWP)-for individual 21 and over affected by a traumatic brain injury or who is ventilator dependent and requires either skilled nursing services, personal support, or in-home respite care.
• Community Care Services Program (CCSP)-an alternative nursing home placement, helps people who are elderly and/or functionally impaired to live in their homes and communities whol elect to participate in the program.
• Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP)-for individual 21 and under requiring skilled nursing services in thier homes.

Referrals:

1. Can either be from case managers, or

2. Clients themselves, if you need help with any of these services please give our office a call and we can help you from starting the medicaid process to getting you or your loved one's the help you deserve.
